My mother is the type that has ALWAYS sacrificed her own happiness, money, goods, for me.. her only child. I wish I could give her the things she has always made sure I am provided with. A working computer, a cell phone (I can NEVER get a hold of her, who only has a land-line these days!?), a trip for her to visit Scotland - where she has always wanted to go, prescription sunglasses - she's worn glasses her whole life and has never been able to wear sunglasses because she doesn't want to spend the money. Luggage that actually has a HANDLE! She has made sure I have an amazing luggage set but she still uses one you have to carry, not roll - and does carry it. And lastly - some fashionable rain boots for myself.. I live in Vancouver...I figured I could throw something in there I really need!!
